Well, as my little blurb on the side says, I'm a Senior at Marist College and this blog is my Capping project. I'm an aspiring writer and a journalism major with a creative writing minor. Creative Writing is actually my passion, but I DO understand that writing will always be there for me, no matter what I'm doing. I'm simply exhausting my options by looking into grad school. Also, I was extremely anxious about applying and feel that other students may be as well. Never fear, take a breath and go one step at a time :)
I've been at Marist for four years and I've been on X-Country and Track for that same period of time. My other blog is more a day in the life type thing. I'm originally from Connecticut, but live in Massachusetts in the summer. But I love to travel. My boyfriend goes to school at RIT and I have taken many train rides to Rochester. I've come to love that area of upstate New York.
But mainly, I love to write. I run a lot. I love my Yellow Lab (his name is Jasper). And I try to follow my instincts. Writing has always been my passion and I feel it's foolish to abandon something that has helped me come so far.
